  On 2/21/2013 at 8:20 AM PST I dialed (212) 989-9898 to contact Codex Publishing. The number is no longer in service. I sent a detailed email informing Codex Publishing about the public complaints posted on Scambook, and left all of my direct contact information. The e-mail bounced back as, "delivery failed."
